These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website snowkingsec.com (the “Site”) and all related services offered by Center Management, Inc. d/b/a Snow King Sports & Events Center (“Snow King Sports & Events Center,” “SKSEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing tickets, registering for programs, or attending events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Site or related services.

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.
Tickets for events at Snow King Sports & Events Center are sold online through Universe Ticketing, with payments processed by Stripe. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to Universe’s and Stripe’s respective terms and privacy policies.
Ticket Pricing: Unless otherwise noted, General Admission tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door.
Payment Processing: All transactions are handled securely by Stripe; SKSEC does not store or process your credit card information directly.
Taxes and Fees: Ticket prices may be subject to applicable sales taxes or processing fees.
Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket or confirmation via email.
Refunds: All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by SKSEC.
Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date or may be exchanged for another event of equal value.
Cancellations: In the unlikely event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
Weather and Safety: Events may proceed in inclement weather unless deemed unsafe. SKSEC is not responsible for conditions beyond its control.
By attending an event at Snow King Sports & Events Center, you agree to follow all posted and announced venue policies:
All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Prohibited items include outside alcohol, outside food, weapons, and other objects deemed unsafe by staff.
Disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, or violation of venue rules may result in removal without refund.
For safety and security reasons, bags and personal items may be subject to inspection.
SKSEC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior violates these terms or endangers others.
Users registering for programs, lessons, or ice rentals agree to provide accurate information and comply with posted registration requirements. SKSEC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs based on facility availability or operational needs.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and videos, is the property of Snow King Sports & Events Center or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
The Site and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SKSEC makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on the Site or within third-party platforms such as Universe Ticketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKSEC and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, attendance at events, or reliance on information provided herein.

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or integrations (such as Universe Ticketing, Stripe, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
